- Soak biryani rice for 30 mins
- In boiling water add all whole masala..let it boil for some time
- Add rice in it cook 90%
- Strain water and spread it.
- In pan take30tb ghee,
- Add jeera, green chilles,sliced onions and ginger garlic.

- Add turmeric,red chille and biryani masala,dry frits and mix well
